How did you end up in your line of work?
My desire to find a work environment where I could be challenged with a dynamic and heavy workload (mentally and/or physically) has always been undeniable. After finishing my B.A., I decided to pursue a certification in Human Resource Management and I entered the work force. Knowing about my preferences for a professional environment, a friend recommended I inquire about a Customer Success position with 71lbs, a local growing software start up.
3.5 years later and the rest is history!

I've learned that no matter how high the price tag or how much you spend on shipping, good service is not guaranteed.
